Your lights circuit breaker has tripped. Just need to go out to the electrical main switch and reset your lights circuit breaker to the UP position.
ALL THE POWER IS OFF IN MY APARTMENT?
Do your neighbours have power? If no one has power it's likely a blackout, you can check if there's an electricity outage in the area on the electricity distributors website: Distributor for this area is AUSGRID
NO HOT WATER?
If you turn your hot tap on and only get cold water after 1 minute, then there maybe an issue with the central hot water system, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for this to be repaired.
NO WATER AT ALL?
If you turn on your taps (try more than one tap) and no water is coming out, then check the resident noticeboard at the top of this page for any works taking place, otherwise it's likely a water outage in the area. You can check the water supply status on the Sydney Water website.
NO GAS?
If your cooktop gas is not working, firstly make sure you have paid your gas bill, your gas provider will cut off your gas if your account is remains unpaid.
