Your power circuit breaker has tripped. Just need to go to the electrical main switch and reset your power circuit breaker to the UP position.

*If it trips again, you may have an appliance which is tripping the electrical safety circuit. You will need to unplug this appliance or device to prevent further tripping.

Your lights circuit breaker has tripped. Just need to go to the electrical main switch and reset your lights circuit breaker to the UP position.

If it's just a single light not working, then likely your globe has blown and you will need to replace it.

Do your neighbours have power? If no one has power it's likely a blackout, you can check if there's an electricity outage in the area on the electricity distributors website:

If you turn your hot tap on and only get cold water after 1 minute, then there maybe an issue with the hot water system, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for this to be repaired.

If you turn on your taps (try more than one tap) and no water is coming out, it's likely a water outage in the area.

You can check the water supply status on the Sydney Water website.

If your cooktop gas is not working, firstly make sure you have paid your gas bill, your gas provider will cut off your gas if your account is remains unpaid.

Otherwise there could be a gas outage in the area, check the gas distributors website for outages in the area.
